We run a Telegram bot (@LiveTradingAiBot) and a web app at app.livetradingai.com. We collect the minimum data needed to deliver trading signals to you. We never sell your data. 1. Who we are (Data Controller)

LiveTradingAI (referred to as "we", "us", "the Service") operates the Telegram bot @LiveTradingAiBot, the private signal channel LTAI Signals, and the web application at app.livetradingai.com.

Operating location: United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in the UAE.

Because this Service runs on Telegram's infrastructure, there are some Telegram-specific points you should understand:

If you join our private signal channel, Telegram manages your membership — we only see your chat ID if you've DM'd the bot or signed up via the web app. Leaving the channel does not by itself delete any data we hold about you.

We do not use your data for: targeted advertising, selling to brokers/data buyers, training general-purpose AI models, or any marketing other than our own product announcements to opted-in users.

7. Your rights & how to delete your data

How to delete your data — three ways

  1. In the bot: Type /deleteaccount and confirm. We delete your data within 7 days.
  2. On the web: Dashboard → Settings → "Delete Account" button.
  3. By message: DM livetradingaihelp@gmail.com with "Delete my account" and your chat ID.

For any other privacy request (access, export, correction), contact livetradingaihelp@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Responses are free of charge unless requests are unreasonable or repetitive.

If you are in the EU/UK and believe your rights have been violated, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Security

No system is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you by Telegram DM and/or email within 72 hours, describe what happened and what we're doing about it, and report to supervisory authorities as required by law.

9. Cookies (web app only)

The web dashboard uses only essential cookies:

We do not use any marketing, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies. If you decline cookies, the web dashboard cannot function because we cannot maintain your sign-in state.

10. Children (under 18)

The Service is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact livetradingaihelp@gmail.com and we will delete the account within 7 days.

11. International users

We operate from the United Arab Emirates. By using the Service, you understand and consent that your data will be processed in the UAE and potentially transferred between our hosting providers and payment processors located outside your country.

If you are in the EU / UK / Switzerland, you retain all rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction of processing, right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority).

If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA (right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale — note: we do not sell data).

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we will:
