This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your LiveTradingAI subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Quick summary. First-time VIP subscribers can request a refund within 7 days of first payment if they have not materially used the service. After that, refunds are at our discretion or as required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Trading losses are not refundable.
1. When refunds are available
1.1 First-time VIP subscribers — 7-day grace period
If you are a first-time VIP subscriber and you are dissatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment, provided that:
- You have not received material value from the Service (e.g. you have not actively used Golden Signals, ran more than 10 Brain analyses, or received high-value VIP content)
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- The request is made directly to support (not via chargeback) — see §3 below
1.2 Mandatory consumer-law refunds
Where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to a refund (e.g. UAE Consumer Protection Law for digital services, EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), we will honour those rights. Contact support stating which law you are invoking.
1.3 Service failure on our end
If the Service is unavailable for an extended continuous period (e.g. >72 hours of downtime due to our fault, not third-party outages), we may at our discretion offer a pro-rated refund or extend your subscription by an equivalent period.
2. When refunds are NOT available
For clarity, we will not normally refund you in the following cases:
- Trading losses. Trades you took based on signals were unprofitable. Trading risk is yours alone — that is the deal you accepted on signing up. See our Risk Disclosure.
- Renewal. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once paid (we don't auto-renew, so you actively chose to renew).
- Partial periods. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within an active subscription period that you cancel mid-cycle.
- Substantial use. You have actively used VIP features for more than the first 7 days.
- TOS violation. Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Chargeback first. You filed a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting our support in good faith.
- Promotional pricing. Discounted or free-trial conversions follow the discount terms shown at purchase.
- Third-party fees. We can only refund the amount we received. Crypto network fees, exchange fees, or payment-processor fees withheld by CCPayment, Ziina, or others are not within our control.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Contact livetradingaihelp@gmail.com on Telegram, OR
- Open the live chat on app.livetradingai.com (chat bubble bottom-right after sign-in), OR
- Email us if listed in the Contact section of our Terms of Service
Include in your request:
- The email or Telegram handle on your LiveTradingAI account
- The order ID (visible in Settings → Subscription if you have it, or from your CCPayment/Ziina receipt)
- Date of payment and amount
- Reason for the refund request
4. How refunds are processed
- Crypto payments (CCPayment). Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are deducted. Crypto refunds typically take 1–3 business days to initiate plus on-chain confirmation time.
- Ziina payments. Refunds are processed back to the original Ziina account / linked bank. Ziina's own processing time applies (typically 3–7 business days).
- Other payment methods. Refunded via the original method where possible.
Once a refund is approved, your VIP access ends immediately, your Telegram channel access is revoked, and your plan reverts to Free.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a material breach of our
Terms of Service. If you do this, we will:
- Immediately suspend your account and revoke channel access
- Provide the payment processor with evidence of the legitimate transaction
- Reserve the right to pursue recovery of fees plus any chargeback penalties imposed on us
- Block the account permanently if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in bad faith
We are reasonable people. Talk to us first — most disputes resolve in minutes.
6. Disputed transactions
If you believe a charge on your account is fraudulent, unauthorised, or duplicated:
- Contact livetradingaihelp@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge
- Provide details of the disputed transaction (order ID, amount, date)
- We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
- If the charge is verified as unauthorised, we will issue a full refund and lock the affected account pending further investigation
7. Account deletion vs refund
Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. If you want a refund AND deletion, request the refund first, wait for it to be processed, then request deletion.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date and announced via in-app banner, Telegram channel, or email at least 14 days before they take effect for existing users. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
