Brand Usage Guidelines
These guidelines explain how partners, affiliates, exchanges, media, journalists, and reviewers may correctly use the LiveTradingAI™ name, logo, and brand assets. We want to make it easy to refer to us — but our brand integrity is critical to our users' trust, so unauthorized or misleading usage is not permitted.
1. Brand name
The correct legal name is:
LiveTradingAI™ (note: one word, mixed case, with the ™ symbol)
Acceptable shorthand in informal writing (article body, social posts): LiveTradingAI (with or without ™).

- Ltai or LTA-i (LTAI is for the token only)
2. Logo usage
The official LiveTradingAI™ logo is the green LTAI robot mark. Logo files in PNG, SVG, and brand-asset zip are available on request — email livetradingaihelp@gmail.com with the subject "Brand asset request".
✓ Do
- Use the official logo file (don't recreate or trace)
- Preserve clear-space (min 20px around the mark)
- Display on a contrasting background
- Use at minimum 48×48px (smaller becomes illegible)
- Link the logo to
livetradingai.comwhen used as a website badge
✗ Don't
- Modify the colors, proportions, or shape
- Combine with other logos to imply partnership
- Use on a background that obscures it
- Add drop shadows, gradients, or effects we don't ship
- Rotate, stretch, or apply visual filters
- Use our logo as your own avatar/icon
3. Brand colors
If you reproduce our brand colors in articles, infographics, or partner pages, use these official values:

4. Acceptable contexts
You may use the LiveTradingAI™ name and logo without prior permission in:
- News, journalism, and reviews — covering us factually, even if critically (fair use / nominative fair use)
- Affiliate and referral marketing — IF you are a registered affiliate using our official referral system, AND your content does not imply you ARE LiveTradingAI
- App store listings and partner directories — naming us as a tool you integrate with or recommend
- Comparison content — head-to-head comparisons with competitors, written truthfully
- Educational content — tutorials, YouTube videos, or social posts explaining how to use the platform
5. Contexts that require WRITTEN permission
- Using "LiveTradingAI" or the logo in product names, app names, or domain names you control
- Using our brand in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, X promoted, TikTok promoted, etc.)
- Implying any kind of partnership, integration, or endorsement that isn't documented in a signed agreement
- Selling, licensing, or distributing merchandise (clothing, stickers, mugs) bearing our brand
- Co-branding any service, event, or content piece with us
- NFT/token projects using our name (LTAI token is ours and ours only — no derivatives)
- Use in any way that suggests we hold a financial services license we don't actually hold
6. Strictly prohibited usage
The following uses will result in an immediate cease-and-desist and possible legal action under UAE Trademark Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021) and equivalent international protections:
- Using "LiveTradingAI" in a way intended to deceive users into thinking they're dealing with us (phishing, fake support, fake signals)
- Registering domain names, social handles, or trademarks that are confusingly similar (e.g. live-trading-ai.com, livetradingaİ.com with Cyrillic homoglyphs, @LiveTradingAI_official)
- Creating "copycat" platforms that clone our UI, feature set, or design with our name attached
- Promoting illegal financial schemes while using our brand as cover or implied endorsement
- Using our brand on sites engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any illegal activity
- Using our trademark in adult content, gambling promotion, or anything that damages our reputation
7. How to credit us
When linking to our service in articles, social posts, or reviews:

8. Press and media inquiries
Journalists, podcasters, and content creators looking for:
- High-resolution logos and screenshots
- Founder interviews and quotes
- Product fact sheets and statistics
- Permission to use the brand in their coverage

9. Reporting abuse
If you encounter someone misusing the LiveTradingAI™ brand (impostor accounts, fake signal sellers using our name, copycat sites), please report them using our DMCA / brand infringement procedure or email livetradingaihelp@gmail.com with subject "Brand abuse report" and include URLs/screenshots.
10. Changes
We may update these guidelines as our brand and trademark registrations evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. The version in effect on the date of your use applies to that use.
