DMCA / Copyright Notice Procedure

Last updated: 13 May 2026

LiveTradingAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and third parties to do the same. This page explains how to (1) report material on our platform that you believe infringes your copyright, and (2) counter-notice if you believe your own material was removed in error.

Note on jurisdiction. We are based in the United Arab Emirates and primarily operate under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights. We voluntarily honour takedown notices that comply with the procedures below, regardless of the notifier's country, and respond to good-faith complaints from any jurisdiction (including those that mirror the United States DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). For brevity we refer to this procedure as the "DMCA process" but the underlying obligations come from UAE law.

1. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on app.livetradingai.com, livetradingai.com, our Telegram bot (@LiveTradingAiBot), or any LiveTradingAI-operated channel infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.

📋 Required information

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (with URL or copy if reasonably possible).
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing on our platform, with enough detail (URL, signal ID, post date, screenshots) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury (or its UAE equivalent), that the information in the notice is accurate AND that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

Where to send the notice

Email is the fastest channel:

Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice — [your name]".

We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and aim to act on valid notices within 5 business days.

⚠️ Sending a knowingly false claim is unlawful. Under UAE law and most international jurisdictions, knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing carries civil liability for damages, costs, and attorney's fees. Don't file a notice if you're not sure you own the rights.

2. What happens after we receive a valid notice

  1. We assess the notice for completeness against the checklist above.
  2. If the notice is incomplete, we reply with a list of missing items.
  3. If the notice is complete and the claim is plausible, we remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously, normally within 5 business days.
  4. We notify the affected user (the person who posted the material) that their content was removed in response to a takedown notice, and we forward them a redacted copy of the notice (we redact your address and phone number for safety).
  5. Repeat infringers are subject to account termination per our Terms of Service.

3. Filing a counter-notice (if your content was removed)

If you received notice that your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake (e.g. you have a licence, the use is fair, or the complaint is bogus), you may submit a counter-notice.

📋 Counter-notice requirements

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed, including its prior location/URL.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury (or its UAE equivalent) that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of UAE courts (specifically Dubai courts, or DIFC courts if applicable to you) for any legal action related to the dispute.

Send the counter-notice to the same email: with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice — [your name]".

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings.

4. LiveTradingAI™'s own IP protection

This procedure is reciprocal — if you discover unauthorised reproduction of LiveTradingAI branding, signals, software, or designs (including the LTAI robot logo, our trade dress, or any code from our applications), please report it to:

Subject line: "Brand / IP Infringement Report".

Include the URL where you saw the infringement, screenshots, and any context. We pursue infringement of our trademarks and copyrighted material vigorously.

5. Repeat-infringer policy

Per our Terms of Service, accounts found to be repeat infringers (typically 3 or more substantiated takedowns within a 12-month period) are subject to permanent termination without refund. Egregious or commercial-scale infringement may result in immediate termination on the first incident.

6. Designated Copyright Agent

Per UAE law and as a courtesy to international notifiers, our Designated Copyright Agent is:

LiveTradingAI Copyright Agent
Email: livetradingaihelp@gmail.com
Telegram (live chat): @LiveTradingAiBot

7. Changes to this procedure

We may update this procedure from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The version in effect at the time of your notice or counter-notice applies.
